OSTEOPATHY

CHIROPRACTIC

SOT (Sacro-Occipital Technique)
SOT is the core approach to chiropractic care for both our chiropractors. Using body indicators malfunctions of the skeletal, neurological, visceral, cranial systems are determined and corrected. There are a variety of gentle and comfortable techniques to restore optimal structure and function to the human frame and nerve system.

The techniques main focus is to optimise CSF flow by relaxing the tensions of membranes around the brain and nerves. Treating the cause as opposed to symptom chasing can allow for dramatic changes in vitality and moevment, as well as less pain. This technique can be very gentle and is quite different to the 'traditional' chiropractic model.

ABC (ADVANCED BIOSTRUCTURAL CORRECTION)

Since 2010 Bruce has become a proponent of ABC, a

structural approach which delivers consistent and predictable outcomes.

This results in a natural upright posture and assists in correctly aligning the spine. The body’s innate capacity to heal itself under the control of the nervous system will then begin the process of “unwinding” from the
compensation patterns that have developed over a lifetime.

Wear and tear in the body can be predicted from structural/postural analysis.

Bruce's promise; you will "Stand Tall, Breathe Easy, Move Freely"
